Who is Connor Ford? Two women loved him. And knew him as only wives can know. Set amongst the glittering mansions of the Hamptons, The Wife Who Knew Too Much is a decadent summer thriller about the lives of those who will do anything for love and money. Who is the victim? Who is the villain? And who will be next to die?
Thoughts:
I’ve LOVED #itsalwaysthehusband and #shewasthequietone and was excited to read this one, but it fell a little short from the prior two I’ve read. I got extremely frustrated with Tabby and the decisions she would make to put her in difficult situations, which is why this wasn’t a higher rating.
If you like a good mystery, this is a good quick read. When a wealthy woman is found dead in her own pool, mystery surrounds her husband who quickly moves on to a small-town girl he quickly marries. This book had suspense, secrets, dark pasts, money, murder, and love all wrapped up this novel. I really enjoyed the pace of it and found it a fast and good read. As mentioned earlier, my frustration with one character swayed my rating, but overall, still a book I’d recommend.
